Our Client(Automotive industry) is looking for a Human Resource Manager (Compensation and Benefits) to join their team.

Position:
HR Compensation and Benefits Manager


Salary:
$7,000 - $8,500

Location:
West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Responsibilites

  • Design, development, and implementation of HR policies including compensation and benefit policies and programs, performance management framework, policies, and processes.
  • Design and execute social wellness programs by identifying employees & needs and interests
  • Deliver effective communications on performance and rewards programmes and policies, ensuring that staff understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed according to their performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system through analysing data and feedback
  • Review and analyze internal equity and market competitiveness of total remuneration programs.
  • Drive the annual compensation cycle from pay position analysis, budgeting and accrual, assistance in manager review, to reporting, approval and communication.
  • Review and modify budgets and forecast.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert to advise senior stakeholders on executive job
- evaluation, market pricing and benchmark matters using general and industry-specific market data.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in C&B
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and database management skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to work independently in a fastpaced working environment
  • Proficient with MS Office
Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement
