Position:
HR Compensation and Benefits Manager
Salary:
$7,000 - $8,500
Location:
West
Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Responsibilites
- Design, development, and implementation of HR policies including compensation and benefit policies and programs, performance management framework, policies, and processes.
- Design and execute social wellness programs by identifying employees & needs and interests
- Deliver effective communications on performance and rewards programmes and policies, ensuring that staff understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed according to their performance evaluation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system through analysing data and feedback
- Review and analyze internal equity and market competitiveness of total remuneration programs.
- Drive the annual compensation cycle from pay position analysis, budgeting and accrual, assistance in manager review, to reporting, approval and communication.
- Review and modify budgets and forecast.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert to advise senior stakeholders on executive job
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration related fields
- Strong analytical skills and database management skills
- Good knowledge of labour law
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work independently in a fastpaced working environment
- Proficient with MS Office
