Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's compensation and benefits plans, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary and benefits benchmarks. Evaluate and compare compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of various total rewards programs, including base salary structures, variable pay programs, incentives, equity plans, and employee benefits packages.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic job evaluation process to determine appropriate job classifications, salary ranges, and pay grades. Review and analyze job descriptions and recommend salary adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to develop compensation budgets, forecasts, and longterm compensation planning strategies. Provide input and analysis for annual salary reviews and incentive plan payouts.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in legislation related to compensation and benefits and make necessary adjustments to programs and policies.
  • Analyze compensation data, metrics, and trends to generate reports and provide insights to inform decisionmaking. Prepare regular reports for management and HR leadership on compensation and benefits programs' effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field is typically required. Previous experience in compensation and benefits management, HR analytics, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and market trends. Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, variable pay programs, and employee benefits administration.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use HR analytics tools and software. Comfortable working with large data sets and generating meaningful insights from compensation and benefits data.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compensation calculations, data analysis, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity in managing compensation and benefits programs.
