**Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks

  • Implement strategic HR initiatives; monitor HR function's capability and readiness levels for incorporating strategic HR initiatives within their function
  • Assist the manager to lead operations team in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives Implement HR systems pertaining to Compensation & Benefits
  • Monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements
  • Propose and implement improvements to HR processes and systems Run Compensation & Benefits analytics
  • Set objectives for data analysis; perform analytics on HR data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement Performance Management
  • Establish organisationwide performance management policy, framework and processes that fairly reflect the relative performance of people so that performers are appropriately rewarded and nonperformers are dealt with through improvement plans or planned exits.
  • Develop and implement performance management framework, policies and processes that are robust and objective
  • Provide support to middle and senior managers to cascade and communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business requirements.
  • Provide communications toolkit and support to middle and senior managers to communicate performance evaluation ratings to their individual staff professionally on a onetoone basis.
  • Plan organisationwide communications activities to communicate organisationwide performance management system.
  • Compensation Management Develop and administer compensation strategies to attract, motivate and retain workforce.
  • Support the Manager to design and implement compensation exercises such as Annual Increment, Variable Bonus Payment, etc. Conduct market benchmarking and make recommendation to ensure Compensation & Benefits practices are market competitive

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin
  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally in C&B
  • Numeric, meticulous & analytical
