Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement processes and systems to meet HR operational needs and lead the operations team in executing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Refine analytics models and use visualization tools to develop recommendations for business and HR decisions, and prepare action plans to enhance performance.
  • Establish a fair performance management policy and processes, and communicate these effectively to employees.
  • Plan and execute organization-wide communication of the performance management system and collaborate with specialists to address performance evaluation grievances.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance management system based on data and feedback.
  • Develop and manage strategies to attract, motivate, and retain employees, conduct salary studies to align compensation structures with industry standards and organizational budgets, and ensure compensation remains relevant and competitive.
