Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's overall compensation and benefits system to ensure it operates efficiently and remains competitive in the market.
- Oversee monthly payroll calculations to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Liaise with suppliers and verify supplier data.
- Conduct regular analyses of the company's compensation structure, organizational framework, and job grading, providing insightful reports and recommendations to support company growth and engaging in ongoing discussions with management for continuous improvement.
- Perform regular market compensation research and optimize the company's compensation models accordingly. Assist in designing and implementing compensation frameworks and job grading systems under the guidance of supervisors when necessary.
Requirements:
- 35 years or more of experience in compensation management, design, and implementation.
- Solid theoretical foundation in compensation management, organizational structure, job grading systems, and benefits management.
- Prior experience in large enterprises is preferred, with a strong advantage given to those with experience in internetrelated companies.
- Familiarity with Singapore's compensation and benefits policies.
