In order to develop its market in Singapore, it has engaged us to recruit for the following positions:

HR Compensation & Benefit Specialis

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and managing human resources.
  • Calculating salaries, bonuses, and performance rewards.
  • Handling employee relations and job adjustments.
  • Analyzing and statistically reporting compensation & Benefit data on time.

Requirements:

1. 1 year and above relevant work experience.

  • Practical experience in payroll processing and performance management, understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
  • Self-driven, strong logical thinking, conscientious and responsible, affinity, able to handle high levels of work pressure, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
