About the Role:
You will be involved in the development, implementation, and review of HR initiatives which covers Payroll, Compensation, Budgeting, and HR Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities:
- Implement a holistic and effective compensation strategy that attracts and retains different staff segments.
- Lead and conduct annual salary competitive review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the annual compensation and manpower budgeting exercises.
- Conduct job evaluation for key jobs, promotion recommendations and as part of schemes review exercises.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Experienced in a managerial or supervisory role with similar scope of work.
- IHRP Certification is an added advantage.
