- Support the full cycle of administration and processing of staff loan benefits
- Work with vendor and IT on system and process enhancements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrolment exercise
- Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
- Process work injury compensation as required
- Process benefits related vendor bills/invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Support Wellness initiatives
- Participate in audit exercise and due diligence activities
- Support implementation of employee wellness initiatives
- Min. 5-7 years of Compensation and Benefits experience
