Group Human Resources plays a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent to ensure that DBS remains a competitive employer in Asia. Responsibilities
  • Performing data analytics to identify trends and patterns in compensation data.
  • Serving as a Reward advisor to HRRMs and Business on a range of reward products and issues.
  • Staying updated on compensation trends, government regulations, and legislation; developing and implementing competitive practices to offer data-driven recommendations for enhancing employee journey and engagement.
  • Collaborating with HR Communications to create an employee communications strategy and deliverables to effectively communicate Rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the strategy and operational compensation plans and activities across the region comply with current regulations through effective partnerships with key business and HR stakeholders.
  • Participating in benchmarking exercises and conducting analysis on compensation and benefits against the market, as well as other HR task forces that support organizational changes.

Requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of presenting insights and trends effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel (mastery level).
  • Ability to multitask, thrive under pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly concerning Fair Compensation Principles and Practices in the region.
  • Keeping updated on the latest trends and developments in compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • Proven track record of executing key initiatives through collaboration in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
  • Independent individual with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Team player with strong communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
