Responsibilities

  • Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of C&B programs
  • Support improvement activities for C&B related processes for streamlining and change management initiatives
  • Actively involve in the annual compensation cycle that comprises of salary review,increment exercise, bonus payout and other related payments
  • Involve in compensation and benefits surveys to ensure market transparency and position of the remuneration package
  • Keep abreast of local legislative changes to ensure compliance relating to compensation and benefits programs
  • Work closely with HR colleagues on and providing consultative advices on all C&B related matters
  • Participate in adhoc HRIS projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admininstration or its equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
  • Solid knoweldge of Compensation and Benefits regulations and policies
  • Meticulous and ability to work under tight timelines
  • Strong team player who is resilient and highly meticulous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
