The Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks.
  • It is an opportunity for an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join their Distribution Sales Support team
  • This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

Job Background:

  • Administer the tracking of Replacement of Policy (ROP) to send out letters to client/agents/distributors.
  • Administer the Distribution channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.

    Responsibilities:

Compensation
1. Replacement of Policy

  • Administer the tracking of Replacement of Policy (ROP) to send out letters to client/agents/distributors.
  • Assess and do fact finds for appeals by the agents
  • Communicate to stakeholders including but not limited to agency leaders, business partners and management to ensure they are kept abreast of relevant information required relating to ROP.

2. Distribution Channel Compensation

  • Administer the Distribution channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
  • Key touch-point for internal and external customers' enquiries on compensation related matters
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the end to end process on compensation.
  • Deliver on adhoc tasks when assigned.
  • Enhance / streamline workflow where applicable.
  • Update of SOP promptly and where applicable.
  • Assist and handle enquiries professionally and promptly.

Projects

  • Participate in projects & UAT as required.


The Talent

  • Degree & Above
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word.
  • Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
    To be successful in the role, you should also have/ be:
    - Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
    - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders.
    - Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
    - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
    - Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
    - Resourceful, Independent & strong problem solving skills.
