Responsibilities

  • Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals;
  • Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations;
  • Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
  • Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis;
  • Support client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Investment Banking experience within Southeast Asia;
  • Minimum of 3 years of track record in M&A transactions;
  • Minimum 2 years of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services.
  • Selfstarter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
  • Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
  • A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
  • Fluency in English as well as any other Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is preferred.
