This role will conduct analysis and studies, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization's rewards strategy.

**A Day in the Life
**The primary responsibility will be to provide Total Rewards solutions and partner with the APAC Total Rewards team to roll out initiatives within the APAC region. The role will ensure all Total Rewards governance issues are in compliance. The geographic coverage for the role is SEA and Frontier Markets

Key responsibilities

  • Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position.
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
  • Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensationrelated problems.
  • Ensures company compliance with local laws governing compensation practices.
  • Participates in regional and global projects on total rewards.
  • Assist with the annual year end processes such as bonus, salary, and long term incentive plan.

Must Have

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, etc from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 4 years of Total Rewards experience

Your Profile

  • Preferably regional experience within a MNC
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Strong commercial understanding and healthcare industry is a plus
  • Prior supervisory or relevant people management skills are valuable
