Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes in Performance Management and Compensation portfolios

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Management or Compensation
  • Strong conceptual, operational, and systems thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Previous exposure to Public Sector HR or SAP HR system is beneficial
