Compensation
  • Organizes and oversees the ICR process, guides ICR preparation, including data updates, information collection, and operational follow-up for smooth flow and completion.
  • Supports surveys and market benchmarking efforts in SEA markets.
  • Evaluates market data, industry trends, and best practices to ensure competitive compensation programs.
  • Aids in job mapping, analysis, and evaluation exercises.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners to formulate salary proposals for SEA markets and offer professional insights endorsed by Regional C&B.

Benefits
  • Manages yearly renewal of employee insurance and benefits schemes.
  • Contributes to assessing and implementing relevant and valuable benefits packages.

International Mobility
  • Coordinates with tax consultants to ensure precise tax preparation for expatriates.
  • Oversees Tenancy Agreements for expatriates and involves stakeholders in renewals.
  • Provides guidance on international mobility programs, guidelines, and practices to expatriates and HR Business Partners.

Others
  • Engages in ad hoc compensation and benefits projects for SEA markets

Qualifications Skills & Experiences**- Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years C&B experience in a key market or at a regional level.
  • Proficient in labor laws and job evaluation across Singapore and South-East Asian markets.
  • Relevant industry background required, preference for Luxury/FMCG/Retail experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in a large, global matrix organization is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages (Mandarin is advantageous).
  • Capable of multitasking in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Independent worker with strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, assertive, and influential.
  • Proficient in management through collaboration, negotiation, and influencing in a matrix environment.
