About the Role

This HR Operations Specialist position requires a detail-oriented individual who can serve as primary contact for internal and external inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide guidance on HR Operations services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
  2. Subject matter expert on HR Operations services.
  3. Monitor and respond to messages and instructions.
  4. Raise concerns or delays affecting transactional activities.
  5. Collaborate with other HR teams.
  6. Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Administer Electronic Signature Book assignment.
  • Handle daily card transmission and printing of staff cards.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
