Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for an Academic HR Partner to join our Main Office-HR team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting stakeholders within the College/School as a HR specialist in faculty-related policies and processes.

  • Lead the end-to-end process of faculty recruitment, reappointment, and post-retirement re-employment across diverse academic tracks.
  • Partner with school leadership to craft compelling job descriptions, drive international talent searches, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey including relocation support.
  • Provide strategic support for academic leadership appointments and reappointments by preparing approval documents, analysing institutional needs, and aligning decisions with university policies.
Academic Leadership Support
  • Provide strategic support to academic leaders in the College/School, including advising on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of academic plans and policies, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services and support.
HR Operations and Support
  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and personnel records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
