Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of faculty recruitment, reappointment, and post-retirement re-employment across diverse academic tracks.
">Partner with school leadership to craft compelling job descriptions, drive international talent searches, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey including relocation support.
">Provide strategic support for academic leadership appointments and reappointments by preparing approval documents, analysing institutional needs, and aligning decisions with university policies.
">Oversee the full life cycle of promotion and tenure processes, from faculty briefings and dossier preparation guidance to committee coordination and rigorous dossier reviews to ensure alignment with university standards.
">Serve as a strategic HR advisor to School leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, workforce planning, and employee relations.
">Streamline HR systems and processes for efficiency and compliance, ensure alignment with university frameworks, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and change management.
">Work with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and internal stakeholders to implement people-centric projects such as policy reviews, faculty engagement efforts, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
">Handle ad hoc tasks as needed, such as managing the Associate Chair (Faculty)'s calendar and scheduling meetings to support daily operations.
