Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic HR support to our Client in the semiconductor front-end industry. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving talent management, organizational development, and employee relations initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Job Description
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Client leadership, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Support the Client in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
HR Program/Project Management: Work closely with Client and its management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Talent Development: Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Experience in the semiconductor front-end industry is a plus
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Strong understanding of employment law and other compliance regulations.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and working experience. Please state your current and expected salary. We offer competitive salary with workplace at central working location and 5-day work week.
