Key Accountabilities
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Establish close working relationships with senior leaders and business units to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) teams to develop and execute People Strategies that support business objectives.
People Advisory:
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, including employment legislation, talent management, performance management, recruitment, and rewards strategies.
  • IDentify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Leadership and Governance:
  • Serve as a facilitator and advisor to senior leaders on industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and discipline matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and functional HR COE to drive HR initiatives such as change management plans and performance management.
