Job Title: HR Business Partner - Recruitment

This role involves partnering with clients to manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising and application evaluation to post-recruitment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Job Advertising and Application Evaluation: Design and implement effective job advertising strategies, assessing applications to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
  2. Client Candidate Refinement: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, refining applications to meet their needs and achieve exceptional outcomes.
  3. Candidate and Client Communication: Offer expert guidance to clients and candidates, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates, guaranteeing seamless communication and a favorable experience.
  5. Post-Recruitment Follow-up: Conduct comprehensive follow-ups with clients and candidates after recruitment, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking, propelling business growth.
  7. Market Research: Remain informed about local market trends and competitor activity, guiding strategic decisions.
  8. Performance Incentives: Enjoy performance-based incentives for successful deals, motivating excellence and achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
  • Singapore employment agency license (CEI certificate) is obligatory.
