Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Executive to support key Faculty processes within NTU. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Business and excellent written communication skills. In this role, you will manage Faculty HR matters, provide HR advisory support, and offer secretariat support to Faculty HR committees. If you possess good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and process appointments, reappointments, promotions, tenure, and exits.
  • Provide guidance on HR procedures and best practices.
  • Support Faculty HR committees at the school level.
  • Participate in university-level meetings as needed.
  • Contribute to projects and process reviews.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Business.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Maintain a meticulous and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications.
