Singapore’s growing organisation in the technology sector is looking for a HR Business Partner, strong in back end operations, up to SGD9,000/month.
**Your new company**
An innovative technology market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to support the business on HR Operational matters. The organisation is deeply connected to technology related assets, which is up and coming in the sector. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after end-to-end HR operations, particularly business partnering, compensation and benefits as well as monthly HR reporting to the business. You will also be providing HR support in the aspects of recruitment, operations, learning and development and the entire employee life-cycle management. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to be part of a pioneer team to help the company grow.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have recruitment experience, and have with start-up experience. You will ideally have the characteristic of being adaptable and flexible, as you will be driving the full spectrum of HR operations. You will also need to have compliant characteristics to ensure statutory requirements are always fulfilled.
