Job Scope: Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Office-Based ( Raffles Place MRT )

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: $5,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Male Personal Assistant to provide full-spectrum administrative and personal support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Business Support:


• Manage the CEO's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments


• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements


• Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation


• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

Personal Assistance:


• Provide day-to-day personal support as needed


• Handle private errands and personal tasks efficiently


• Assist in managing personal schedules and commitments

Office & Operations Support:


• Ensure smooth office operations and handle any necessary administrative tasks


• Maintain confidential records and files


• Support in any ad-hoc duties as required by the CEO

Requirements:

Professional, and well-presented

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office & business applications

Prior experience in executive or personal assistance preferred

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
