We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Manpower Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and priorities workloads as well as capacity for teamwork with a pressured and busy environment.
About the Role
- To develop retail store business opportunities, pipeline leading to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales target set.
- Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales. Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
- To identify and pursue prospects through various lead generated activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling and referral program.
- Meet with prospects to understand their purchase requirements, decision making process criteria and ultimately supporting them to enhance their business through the various solutions offerings.
- Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity. Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the organization's products.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of - 6 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the Consumer Electronics industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and priorities workloads as well as capacity for teamwork with a pressured and busy environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
