**About the position**:
The Channel Sales Manager will come on board with the full support of the executive team and local sales reps. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
In this position you will serve as the Channel Sales Manager in the ASEAN region for Netskope and will support at least 5-10 sales teams across the region.The channel Sales Manager is a strategic contributor to the ASEAN business, collaborating cross functionally with all teams to achieve hyper growth across the territory. In this role you will need to be a self starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats while scaling and growing the Netskope business across the ASEAN region. You will have extensive experience working with regional channel partners, global system integrators, service providers and distribution and a track record scaling and growing businesses through channel partners.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Exceed territory quota (both quarterly & annually)
- Manage all aspects of the channel relationship including conducting QBR with focus partners.
- Business planning, product and sales training, marketing (events, demand generation)
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales leadership to grow revenue in each country by focusing on regional, national & global partners.
- Develop and Implement regional business plans with input from Regional Sales Managers
- Recruit new partners in regions that are under-leveraged that can maximize the revenue potential for Netskope solutions
- Work closely with Strategic regional partners to develop and grow the ASEAN region.
- Create tools and assist in the development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
- Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training and manage the overall enablement plan.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate Netskope’ advantageous position to end users and partnersManage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process
**Job Requirements**:
- 10 + years of experience working with channel partners, GSI partners & distributors as a channel manager or Channel Account Manager
- Hunter mentality - ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of Netskope to their business
- Executive Level relationships with key partners across the ASEAN region
- Has worked with relevant security partners across the ASEAN region (ideally existing Netskope partners)
- Understands the channel business model and can create a channel plan with focus partners across the region
- Team Player - able to work well with all functional groups within NetskopeTrack record of success and over-achievement in previous positions
- 60%+ Travel is required
