As an Enterprise Business & Channel Development Manager, your role will require you to take the ownership of overall enterprise business in-country, orchestrate the onboarding of new enterprise business-focused channel partners, and lead their enterprise pre-sales/sales team onboarding, training, and sales to become an active partner in our ecosystem. This role required advanced technical/business development skills in the area of enterprise business.

Development of GTM strategy and execution, building long-term business plans for all enterprise channel partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Work with these partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with the principal’s in-country team to ensure adherence to alliances and channel standards.

Monitor partner’s business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and address issues. Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to potential sales team members to enhance their knowledge and win their mind share to increase sales strength within the organization.

Understanding the requirement of a specific product/solution market development requirement and executing marketing activities with the support of the regional marketing team to generate demand/leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for overall enterprise business sales target
- Lead partner onboarding planning, training, developing, and sales reporting activities
- Manage channel partners and ensure alignment on sales target delivery
- Develop strong business relationships with the business owners and drive the business divisions strategy
- Focus on maintaining healthy margins and constant improvement of channel business process
- Understand partner needs and execute on these maintaining high partner satisfaction
- Builds long-term, strategic relationships with strategic partners/channel partners Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B solution & channels business experience
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English language
- Excellent understanding of the local market
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent executive presence
- Good problem solver with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships
