**About the Role**
The Sales Manager is a pivotal member of the APAC Sales team, who will utilise deep channel knowledge and strong relationships across digital agencies and brand direct clients to significantly grow Channel Factory's APAC client base. As a proven Sales professional in the Singapore market, you'll spearhead the expansion of Channel Factory's client base and be recognised as a contributor to Channel Factory's commercial success.
As a successful Sales person with strong relationships in media agencies in the local market, you take the time to deeply understand your client's challenges and objectives, before developing a comprehensive solution that will deliver optimal performance, and exceed their expectations. Your ability to understand the more technical aspects of discussions around programmatic and performance advertising across video will build your reputation as a trusted advisor quickly. You'll nurture your clients and take a long-term partnership view - ensuring account growth and retention over time.

You work collaboratively with internal teams and ensure that Account Management and Ad Ops are set up for success as new clients are onboarded.
**The core responsibilities of the role (but not limited to) include**:
- Drive Sales performance and growth for Channel Factory
- Market Channel Factory products media agencies and clients.
- Build strategic relationships across a diverse set of agency & direct client contacts
- Deeply understand what drives Agency trading and planning decisions, taking a commercial approach to your client engagements
- Provide the buyers with the right tools & knowledge to advocate our service
- Accountable for an individual revenue target
- Manage the day-to-day work alongside Account Management team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Lead the way and take ownership of agencies and partnerships.
**Success metrics for the Sales Manager**
- Achievement of revenue target QoQ
- Revenue growth QoQ and YoY
- Agency penetration
- Customer engagement/satisfaction
- Customer retention
- Ability to present to diverse audiences
**Experience required**
- A creative sales hunter, hungry for deals and revenue attainment
- 3+ years in a Sales role within AdTech in Australia
- Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven sales capability to achieve targets, forecast sales and foster material growth
- Deep channel knowledge of video and the broader AdTech ecosystem a must
- Strategic relationships with digital teams across major media agencies & holding groups in Australia
- Collaborative and team-oriented work style
- Strong with numbers, reporting and forecasting
