**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building Solid Relationship with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offering to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directions and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
- Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offering to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Developing and managing strategies partnerships to grow business.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management
- Selecting automation software and software plaforms that best meet company needs
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
- Monitor Industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing and incentives.
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
- Provide support and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Attend Industry events and conferences, attend exhibitions, to build relationships and promote the company.
- Manage regional channel dept. personnel, formulate corresponding training, assessment and incentive plan.
- Other assignments by the supervisor from time to time

**Requirement**:

- 15+ years working experience in a B2B MNC and 10+ years as a management role
- 10+ years working experience in the industry of additive manufacturing. 3D design, 3D
