Marketing Director Asia

In this newly created role, the Marketing Director Asia will be reporting to Global Marketing and Innovations (based in Netherlands) with dotted line reporting to Managing Director, Asia.
Main purpose
- Specify the main output of the job in a concise manner
- Team management: subchannel marketing managers, marketers of countries, and culinary leaders
Business context
The business produces and commercializes a wide range of dairy products/solutions with added value, targeted at professional customers in a challenging market landscape to navigate. The complexity in this role is focusing across 3 businesses: H&B, QSR, C&T.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Horeca Bakery and QSR, C&T channels targeted to increase penetration, i.e. winning new operators.
- Responsible for performance & profitability for total Asia H&B, QSR and C&T via value added portfolio at scale based on winning propositions vs competition in markets/ channels.
- Strategy development and partner peer peer with country leads on key channels and account management including the execution of digital commercial exectution marketing sales.
- Responsible for execution and portfolio management of key initiatives e.g. Hero focused assortment, innovation, renovation, simplification, supply chain optimizations
- Leading team of marketers and culinary experts
**Requirements**:
- 15+ relevant work experience
- Academic/ Master (WO) level
- Marketing strategy (B2C, B2B) and proven experience in working in international scope and matrix organization, food service, channel experience
