About The Job
To support our growth in the APAC region, we are seeking a Channel Sales Manager, APAC. This role offers a flexible work location, preferably based in Singapore.
As the Channel Sales Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with our channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other strategic partners, with a particular focus on the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our channel partners have the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell and promote our products and services. Additionally, you will actively engage in selling alongside our partner community.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing and executing channel partner programs that align with company objectives.
Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our distribution network.
Manage relationships with existing channel partners, providing training, support, and resources.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary tools and resources.
Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, and partner satisfaction.
Develop and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
Provide regular communication and reporting to senior leadership on channel partner program performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing channel partner programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful channel partner programs.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant higher education (bachelor level).
5+ years of proven experience within the AV/UC/IT or similar industry and/or control room environments.
5+ years in technical sales management.
Languages
Fluency in English.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
Office Location & Travel Requirements
Flexible work location, preferably in Singapore.
International and domestic travel will be required.
