Channel Partner Development Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager, APAC to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global technology provider for comprehensive conference and control rooms as well as command and experience centers.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute channel partner programs to drive sales growth and expand our distribution network
- Recruit and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary tools and resources
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, and partner satisfaction
- Provide regular communication and reporting to senior leadership on channel partner program performance
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing channel partner programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful channel partner programs
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
