Board, the #1 Decision Making platform, is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking **Channel and Alliance Director **for** North Asia **to join our team in Singapore.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in executing Board’s long-term business goals and strategy building a Channel & Alliance ecosystem in the North Asia region (HK, China, Taiwan and Korea). Focusing primarily on Hong Kong market, you will develop a comprehensive network of partners working alongside our in-region sales, Singapore or UK based functions and colleagues. In this position, you will be accountable for acquiring, cultivating and retaining relationships with Global System Integrators, Consulting Partners and Solution Providers.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Expand Board’s Channel and Alliances network in North Asia, with a core focus on Hong Kong and China markets
Ensure an effective Channel Management strategy for pre-existing Partners to drive mutual profitability and success
- Develop, coordinate and execute Partner Enablement Programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer to their Sales, Pre-Sales departments with the aim of achieving a high level of Board solution confidence
- Create and develop a co-joint, tailor-made sales plan with Partners to guarantee effectiveness in presenting and proposing Board to specific domains and industries
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional Board stakeholders, to capitalize revenue growth efforts
- Report monthly on KPIs within the Channel ecosystem to measure success

**Requirements**:

Strong track record of revenue generation through Channel and Alliance networks
- Broad knowledge of EPM, CPM and BI solutions, preferably due to previous experience in Pre-Sales or Consulting positions
- Deep understanding of Office of Finance processes and terminology, developed through valuable experience working with CFOs
- Previous exposure to Operation functions (e.g., SCM, Inventory, OTB) will be considered a plus
- Experience in managing Bid (RFP/RFI) processes, working with System Integrators on joint bids as well
- Strong technical acumen related to Analytics and Performance Management implementation solutioning
- Outstanding interpersonal skills aimed at building strong, long-lasting relationships with Partners
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a keen eye for detail
- Entrepreneurial, energetic aptitude to work in the business setup of a niche player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
