- Description & RequirementsPart of the SEAK leadership team. The Channel and Alliance Director at Infor is responsible for driving partner-led sales to achieve quota targets across ASEAN and Korea. This includes recruiting and enabling partners to deliver YoY growth in SaaS revenue. The role focuses on managing partner performance, driving sales achievement, and expanding Infor’s market presence through strategic alliances, ensuring consistent growth and quota attainment in cloud solutions.

Essential Duties
Responsible for driving solution sales through channel and alliance partners in assigned industries/territories.
Lead the full spectrum of software solutions, leveraging partners to address business challenges in targeted segments.
Collaborate with partners to drive ERP and Edge solution sales—activities include joint lead generation, cold calling, and nurturing net new business opportunities.
Manage complex sales cycles through virtual teams, including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, and support, ensuring partner alignment.
Exceed sales quotas by maintaining accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM status for both direct and partner-led sales.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with partners to open new accounts and drive SaaS growth.
Work closely with services teams and partners to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate leadership by driving partner enablement and performance, fostering a high-achievement culture internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years of successful ERP or similar software /domain Sales
- Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions
- Know-how of Cloud solutions
- Hunter-mentality, able to win new logos
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives
- Must be capable of leading virtual sales teams
- A team player with the ability lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
- Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
- Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in English is essential
