Project Director

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that oversees all aspects of project delivery. As Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for project delivery, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes as needed to ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in project management, including large-scale project delivery.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
