Our global internship program trains the next-generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering, marketing and operations. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the network security industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.

As an Inside Sales & Renewal Sales Ops intern, you will have the opportunity to work with Business Development teams and Renewal teams across Asia Pacific countries where you are central to facilitating our teams to retain and grow our customer base.

Our Summer Internship Program from May-August or June-September provides you:

You can start as a **Part-Time Intern** during the academic year and become a **Full-Time Intern** for holidays period. That will allow you to extend and enrich your internship experience.
**Your Impact**:

- Understand product offerings, subscriptions, renewal licensing models, contract renewal lifecycle
- Shadow Inside Sales and Renewals Sales teams
- Provide operational support by
- Ensuring quotes for maintenance and subscription renewals were provided by Renewals team 90-120 days prior to contract expiration date
- Assisting in validating accuracy of supporting data and resolve discrepancies
- Provide reporting support by
- Maintaining thorough and accurate installed customer base and service contract information
- Working with existing renewals database and collaborate with Sales Ops to improve process & systems
- Working in partnership with Inside Sales team on sales campaigns
- Collaborate with Renewals Sales, Channel Partners & Sales teams to understand any special customer issues and situations
- Develop information and process repository for stakeholders

Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- Have an interest working in sales operations or sales environment- Interested/willing to learn about cybersecurity
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs
- Possess strong analytical diagnostic skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Enthusiastic, driven and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity
- To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, a 2-year Master's Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall

Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world.

You support the channel sales team and partners/distributors through program development, program/legal compliance, and systems and tools by providing research, reports, and support systems and processes. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions and providing amazing partner experience with Palo Alto Networks by enabling our partners in the use and sales of our products.
