
Inside Sales/product Executive

**Main Inside Sales Duties**:
- Strong People Skills in communicating and engaging in with People (Vendors, Partners)
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Responsive and prompt customer follow-up and communication. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner. Develop pricing, quotations, sales proposals in collaboration with partners.
- Follow up thoroughly on Renewal Account Lists are on time and prevent lost renewals seats.
- Responsible for ensuring daily and weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel, and call plan for business growth drive. (E.g. expired accounts, lost accounts, migration, upselling etc.)
- Be a team player and working closely to build strong relationships (internal/external e.g. Vendors, and Key Customers)
**Develop to do Duties**:
- To execute customer engagement (customer presentations) and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties.
- Introduce the company and product presentation fluently, favorable customer follow-up ability, address customer’s requirements.
- Contributing to develop plans, strategize and execute product development and marketing plans.
- Assist campaigns for product launch, product enablement, End user events, Product promotion events, etc.(Including working with vendors, partners, and marketing team members.)
- Educate partners on product portfolio and services offered.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
- Basic operation support on the process and after sale support.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Preferably Design Industry Related Experience (Not a must)**
- **Experience in doing inside sales or retail sales.**
- **Open for Fresh Graduates**
- **Willing to learn with a positive mindset.**
- **Product Management Experience (Not a must)
