**About the job**:

- The Red Hat Inside Sales team is looking for a Senior Commercial Inside Sales Representative to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting within an assigned territory to uncover new business opportunities. You will support the team by managing forecasts and tracking customer data and by orchestrating support from Legal, Finance, Marketing, or our technical teams. As a Senior Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will work cooperatively with internal and external partners to improve business and create solutions that best serve the interests of our customers and Red Hat.**What you will do**:

- Qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate pod members
- Prospect opportunities, identifying and following through on opportunities up to a regional defined threshold, especially in territory pods
- Oversee and serve as an escalation point for renewals managed by third parties
- Orchestrate requests for internal technical resources to support partner-led opportunities based on prioritization from AE, corporate, and territory sales manager

**What you will bring**:

- Knowledge of Red Hat’s product offerings, product line interdependencies, and overall sales strategy and values
- Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
- High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
- Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
- Customer-focused, partner-led mindset; understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystem
- Experience working in a similar technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration with a record of achieving sales goals
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
- Familiarity with the IT industry and open source principles is a plus
