**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for selling company solutions and services to end-user customers in assigned territory primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.
- Researching and qualifying new leads, identify key stakeholders and nurturing leads to potential business opportunities to closure of deals on assigned products/services basis.
- Generate leads for Field sales staff and carries the team’s and individual’s quota where applicable
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services, upselling new products and services, technical refresh where applicable
- Track, document, and report weekly/monthly, quarterly lead KPIs and provide feedback and reports on lead quality and quantity
**Requirements**:
- Personal drive, enthusiasm and energy to achieve and surpass goals
- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position in IT industry preferred
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills, strong listening and sales skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Industrial Distribution / Engineering acceptable (2+ yrs. experience a plus but not required)
