We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for selling company products/systems and services to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.
- Researching and qualifying new leads, identify key stakeholders and nurturing leads to potential business opportunities
- Responsible for closing the sale on systems and products or may generate leads for Field sales staff. Carries team or individual quota.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services, upselling products and services
- Help improve the sales playbook and processes and contribute best practices;
- Track, document, and report weekly/monthly, quarterly lead KPIs and provide feedback and reports on lead quality and quantity;

- Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective & existing internal and external customers and partners
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, literacy in multiple languages, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills, strong listening and sales skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- All customersDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Industrial Distribution / Engineering acceptable (2+ yrs. experience a plus but not required)

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
