**JOB SUMMARY**

The Inside Sales Representatives
- Team Lead is a critical member of the Corporate Sales Team, working closely with Leadership, Marketing, Inside Sales Representatives, and field-based Account Managers covering Singapore market. This role is an Individual Contributor with matrix leadership to lead the Inside Sales Representatives Team. He/She will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Matrix leadership to a new team of Inside Sales Associate driving overachievement and goals with coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development.
- Nurtures a positive team environment, in alignment with NTC's Core Values.
- Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of NTC through consistently achieving individual and team goals.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum A Level/ ITE/ Diploma and above.
- Min 1-2 years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred; telephone and internet-based sales experience required.
- Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing an Insides Sales Representative team.
- Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers.
- Proven track record of successful selling and management.
- Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a matrix-organization structure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and cadences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
