**What You'll Do**:
Partner Director
will drive the partner mission across core partners and markets throughout Asia, with a particular focus on developing and driving alignment between SAP and another ISV, DocuSign Agreement Cloud offerings, and DocuSign go-to-market motions. The
Partner Director
will develop and drive our local partnership strategy, with a focus on business development, solution awareness, pipeline generation, and Customer Success. The
Partner Director
will leverage first-hand experience building partnerships, attuned to the rapid pace of growth and innovation inherent in dynamic SaaS companies.
The
Partner Director
will collaborate closely with executive leadership in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Enablement to align the vision, strategy and execution of the plan for the ISV Ecosystem in Asia.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Channel Resell in Asia and is designated Flex.
**Responsibility**
- Manage the partner relationship directly with SAP and another ISV, aligned with DocuSign’s strategy
- Leverage global partner strategy and objectives to develop and implement Asia partner strategy in conjunction with Asia sales, marketing and product leadership
- Drive alignment with global partner process and governance structure
- Input into global programmes ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of the Asia market
- Collaborate and coordinate with the partner and Country marketing teams to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans that generate or progress pipeline with partners
- Evaluate Partner performance based on quantitative metrics, provide health, capability and capacity analysis to internal stakeholders
- Drive quarterly business reviews between partners and sales counterparts
- Report out on critical business insights across the territory including but not limited to, best practices, industry or use case emerging trends, and learnings from loss reviews
**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- BS/BA degree
- 12+ year of relevant sales experience
**Preferred**
- Past experience developing specific partner ecosystem strategies in targeted verticals such as financial services, health care, manufacturing, professional services, etc
- Understanding and leverage of GTM influence models available to drive partner engagement and participation in corporate marketing programs
- Professional, accessible and adaptable to changing business needs, and must work well in a team environment
- Significant experience and proven track record in SAAS Partner alliances or channel sales, excellent business and industry acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to present clearly and concisely
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with Senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving capacity
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
