**Join us as an Office Manager (Singapore)**
- Independently manage all aspects of office operations, including organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, pantry supplies and overseeing repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with our employee engagement committee and People Success team to ensure a positive office environment and employee experience.
- Scout for new office spaces that meet the company's requirements and negotiate lease agreements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of office services, including cleaning, managing the access cards and other facility management related matters.
- Maintain and update office policies as necessary, in partnership with the People Success team.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to coordinate in logistics for events and in-house meetings.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices by coordinating with the finance team.
- Provide general support to office visitors and address employee queries regarding office management issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing office operations independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and lease agreements.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scouting for new office spaces and managing office relocations is a plus.
- Knowledge of facility management best practices and compliance standards.
