Manager/senior Manager, Legacy Gift Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to promote and secure legacy gifts, including conducting presentations to donors and their advisors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with donors and their advisors by providing accurate and timely information on NUS's legacy gift options.
- Ensure that the University’s legacy gift options and procedures comply with the University's policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other DVO teams and NUS colleagues to achieve legacy gift goals.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and legacy gift commitments using the organization's CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and outcomes for the Director of Development and the Board.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field; or a legal qualification.
- Experience in a similar role within a non-profit or for-profit organization, or advisory practice in estate planning or charitable giving, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, tax laws, and charitable giving strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of donors and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
