**A MNC has a vacancy for Management Assistant**
**Organisation**:
- The Management Assistant reports in disciplinary matters and on a functional level to the Managing Director.**Responsibility**:
- The Management Assistant is responsible for administrative and preparatory assistance to the Managing Director (and to the Leadership Team) for Company-related duties.**Responsibilities/Tasks (detailed)**:
- **Reporting and Analysis**
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc Sales Data reporting, as required by the MD. Consolidate management reports where necessary, working closely with the Leadership Team- **Support to the Managing Director**
- Support Managing Director in various projects and initiatives, for Regional, Local or Group strategies. Assist with organisation of events and meetings, including but not limited to, preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes and follow-up with action points. Assist with and/or take leadership with other ad-hoc business projects.
- _For example, feasibility studies or analysis or consolidation of a business development project._
- Provide support in coordinating meetings with external parties for e.g. local Government bodies, Universities, Trade Associations, German embassy, across the region and the WACKER portfolio.- Liaise with Business Teams and Country Managers to produce and align Regional Business Plans and strategies.- Provide administration in the form of expenses, travel arrangements, reports, minutes of meetings, summary reports and liaising with the different departments/countries on any requirements.- **Support to the Leadership Team**
- Where required, to provide administration support to the Leadership team.- **Corporate Social Responsibility & Employee Engagement**
- Involvement with CSR Activities and Employee Engagement activities in liaison with HR & Corporate Communications Department- **Infrastructure**
- Assist the Office Manager with sourcing new office facilities or office moves, if necessary**Requirement/Profile**:
- _In case of deficiencies of a suitable person the necessary training will be provided which will be recorded in the personnel file._
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Knowledge of organizational processes and policy development would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and well-developed organizational skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Structured with logical thinking and able to work independently
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
