**Company Background and Working Environment**

**About the job**:

- As the Office Manager responsible for daily operations of the office in Orchard Road.
- Keeping the book of accounts for the FMC, including coordinating with auditor and other external parties.
- Supervise managed IT service providers.
- Carry out routine compliance activities.
- Perform online filings to authorities.
- As with any dynamic organizations, we will need help in other areas on an ad hoc basis.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Graduate / Diploma holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or Informatics and IT.
- Responsible individual who is willing to learn and able to multi-tasks.
- Committed to develop skills and knowledge in the Operations and Finance functions.

**Requirements**:

- Coursework in Business, Accounting, Economics or Informatics and IT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills, diligent, meticulous, able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with Sage 300 or other account software would be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt and work in a high-pressure and fast-faced work environment.
- Full time. Monday to Friday in the office located in Orchard Road.
