**Responsibilities**:
**Office Support**
- Manage and maintain Concur platform activities including uploading of invoices, PR issuance etc
- General office support such as order office supplies, greet & assist visitors to the office
- Back up travel arrangements via SAP Concur platform
- Answer customer queries
- Facilitate company’s events, seminars, and meetings
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Manage Courier and postage services
- Quotation enquiries
**HR Support**:
- Support on-boarding programme in welcoming new staff, prepare work-desk, name card and staff pass
- Scheduling for new joiner’s orientation programme with respective trainers
- Support HR team with any ad-hoc HR activities
**Others**:
- Liaise with EHS on purchasing and re-stocking of Covid-related items (eg. ART Self-Test Kits, Sanitizers, Masks, etc)
- Provide admin support to EHS Manager where needed
- General admin support to the MD where needed (maternity cover/absences)
- Maintain records of visitors’ declaration forms (Covid-related and/or security)
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Studies or related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proven proficiency in MS office
- Demonstrate good communication and written skills
- A proactive team player who has an eye for details and can work independently
