
HR & Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for strategy HR, such as staff planning, organization development, implementing and engagement strategies, etc.;
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, training & development, and employee relations;
- Handle monthly payroll calculations, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management;
- Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc;
- Coordinate with Chief Executive Officer and line managers in identifying key performance indicators and managing the performance management system and succession planning;
- Lead and support various employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building activities, awards amongst other staff engagement initiatives to drive company values;
- Ensure the compliance of HR policies & procedures against local labor law;
- Roll out different HR projects as to meet with Company goals;
- Participate in office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, liaison with landlords and insurance renewal and etc;
- Ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
- Legal studies, LLB or above is desirable;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice;
- Detail-minded and well-organize, work independently and work under pressure;
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
