HR Strategy Leader

Key Responsibilities- Partner with Senior Leadership to define and execute key interventions across Cost, Capability, and Culture.
- Lead the governance of People Cost and Productivity KPIs, working in partnership with the PLs, SCE, and Finance teams.
- Co-Lead the Education and Training pillar for SEA MSC, leading execution of the Leadership Capability agenda.
- Project manage Objective-Setting, mid-Year review, Year End Review, STR, and other key people processes.
You will be a trusted partner to the SEA MSC Leadership Team and MSC People Leads, driving execution as per plan across SEA work tracks through effective project management and governance.
