Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will lead HR operational activities, guiding and training team members on daily tasks. They will develop training materials, communications plans, and engage with stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented. This role involves implementing new company policies and developing processes to support HR needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws, and prior experience in HR operations and generalist work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
